「樂鮮良房」 advocate to let agriculture permeating into daily urban life. In our vision, citizens can regain natural atmosphere through modern ways – so called Food Urbanism.

We concern ecological farming and healthy environment, and committed to bring forward best solution for “Agriculture, Food and Life” in terms of economic and environmental benefits. Putting agronomic research as the core, our team integrates it with scientific analysis and ecological spatial planning/designing. Through the integrations, we attempt to re-establish the symbiosis between human and natural environment.

Since 「樂鮮良房」 was founded, we opened an agronomic laboratory in Taipei and an ecological farm in Chongming Island, Shanghai. While the former focuses on the urban agriculture such as plant factory R&D, roof farm, vertical farm and agronomic products, the latter pays attention to ecological farming emphasizing on nature-friendly cultivation and the aesthetic of farmlands.

樂鮮良房累積200種以上的食蔬栽培經驗，各種鮮蔬在植物工廠中完全可以做到四季無差別地供應，也接受客製化的蔬菜訂製規格品（需預約）。除了常見的萵苣類、葉菜類及香草類，還有非洲綠鑽石「冰花」、義式料理常用的「芝麻菜」、藥理養生聖品「金線蓮」等特殊品項。我們出品的鮮蔬就是好吃又安全，無農藥低硝酸鹽，不用水洗也不怕大腸桿菌（減少損耗率）。100％ READY TO EAT！
